Early Support Program for Autism
A joint program between Stanford Children’s Health and Children’s Health Council to provide supportive services at no cost to families after diagnosis. Services include parent education, health care guidance, and help connecting with providers.

EvoLibri
EvoLibri Consulting provides a wide variety of services, including support groups geared primarily to those young adults who are neurodiverse, with Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD, Learning Differences, and Mood Disorders. Their challenges are often not severe enough to warrant state or federally-funded services, but nevertheless cause the client great difficulty in life.

Friends of Children with Special Needs
Provides programs for children and adults with disabilities to aid them in their development and integration into society. They offer recreation, adult day programs, and supported living services along with respite programs and support groups for parents.

Jeena
Focusing on families from South Asia, Jeena is a volunteer-based organization that aims to provide support services and information to families of children with special needs.

Morgan Autism Center
A school for children with autism who need 1:1 attention, as well as an adult day program including employment, volunteerism, community involvement, and recreation services. Curriculum is tailored for each client to fulfill individual educational needs.

PACE
(Pacific Autism Center for Education)
Offers programs, schooling, and early intervention for children with autism, geared primarily toward non-verbal students and those with challenging behaviors. PACE also operates residential homes for children and adults.

Supports parents and families of children with varying forms of disabilities with services such as trainings, a resource library, classes, mentoring, and support groups.

Limited Conservatorship Workshop
The Santa Clara County Family Justice Center Courthouse offers a free, practical workshop on how to set up a limited conservatorship. The workshop comes highly recommended as free way to prepare your documents for the conservatorship petition process.
The workshops are held once a month and are usually filled up a few months into the future (expect to wait a few months on the waiting list and then a month or so for a workshop date). Click here to apply on the Court's website.

Housing Search Assistance
Do you need assistance in finding accessible, affordable, an integrated housing? People with disabilities experience greater discrimination in the area of housing than any other minority population. With a high cost of living in Santa Clara County, finding suitable and permanent housing can be a very difficult journey.
SVILC provides group workshop and opportunities to work with a Housing Specialist on the following:
• Developing housing search strategies
• Information about Section 8 and other subsidized and low income housing
• Information and referrals to other community housing resources
• Understanding your housing rights as a person with a disability
• Applying for emergency financial assistance for rent, security deposit, utilities, and other critical family needs – RESTRICTIONS APPLY

Newly expanded for 2020! This year, the Adult Neurodevelpment Clinic will be able to see more adult patients with autism for their co-occurring conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Patients can be self-referred for evaluation by calling 650-498-9111.

The philosophy of the clinic is based on positive psychiatry and psychology. The goal of this clinic is to provide specialized mental health care with strengths-based approaches to neurodiverse adults. The clinic, housed within Stanford’s Psychosocial Treatment Services Program, serves neurodiverse patients aged 18 years and above.
